Q: Can I make reservations for camping?
A: Yes, we highly recommend making reservations in advance to secure your camping spot. You can by calling our campground office. Please call 828-438-8659 or fill out the contact from here to reserve your spot. A deposit of 1 night's stay is needed to secure your campsite, which is deducted from your final cost and not an additional charge.
**Walk-ins are also welcome if space is available!
Q: What amenities are available for RV camping?
A: Our campground offers amenities such as electrical hookups, water hookups, sewage disposal, picnic tables, and fire pits at designated RV campsites. We also have restroom and shower facilities conveniently located within the campground.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly campground! We understand that pets are part of the family, so feel free to bring them along. Just make sure to keep them leashed and clean up after them to ensure a pleasant experience for all campers.
Q: Are campfires allowed?
A: Yes, campfires are allowed in designated fire pits at each campsite. We provide firewood for purchase, or you're welcome to bring your own. Do not move fire rings from designated spot. Please remember to follow all fire safety guidelines and check for any fire restrictions or bans in the area.
Q: Are there restroom facilities for tent camping?
A: Yes, we have clean and well-maintained restroom facilities available for all campers, including those in primitive camping areas. Restrooms are equipped with toilets, sinks, showers and handwashing stations.
Q:What are the quiet hours at the campground?**
A: Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 8 am, with all visitors expected to leave the campground by 10:45 pm.
Q: Are there restrictions on motorized vehicles at the campground?
A: Motorized vehicles, other than cars, trucks, and campers, are not allowed on the premises.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you plan on arriving later, please notify us in advance. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM noon. If you need to extend your stay, please check with our campground office for availability. Occasionally the check-in time is flexible so give us a call!
Q: Are there recreational activities available?
A: Absolutely! Our campground offers a variety of recreational activities, fishing spots, swimming areas, tubing and designated areas for outdoor games. We also have a camp store where you can purchase camping essentials and snacks . Also equipped with a pool table and more
